The cold, clean and nutrient-rich waters of the Salish Sea provide a great environment for an incredibly diverse seafood ecosystem. Creatures of the Deep taps into that delicious and fascinating diversity found just below the surface of our local waters, giving our guests an opportunity to try some of our more unusual local seafood. It is our way of introducing more obscure seafoods, such as Sea Urchin, Geoduck, and Pink Scallops, by showcasing two new 'creature' preparations every month.

We are very excited to be able to offer these unusual creatures on our menu and hope that you have the opportunity to try them all. Enjoy!
