The cold, clean and nutrient waters of the Salish sea provide a great environment for and incredibly diverse seafood ecosystem. We are lucky to be able to work with our friends at Jones' Family Farm on Lopez Island, WA to tap into that diversity and give our guests the opportunity to try some of our more unusual local seafood. "Creatures Of The Deep" is our way of giving and introduction to Sea Urchin, Pacific Razor Clam, and Geoduck, with each 'creature being prepared into three different dishes.
