The cold, clean waters of the Pacific Northwest provide a great environment for an incredibly diverse seafood ecosystem. We are lucky to be able to work with our friends at Sea to Table who connect us with boats using sustainable fishing practices in Washington and Oregon. These fishermen give us access to that biodiversity, which in turn allows us to provide our guests an opportunity to try some of our more unusual local seafood. ‘Creatures Of The Deep’ is our way of giving an introduction to Sea Urchin, Pacific Razor Clam, and Longnose Skate with each ‘creature’ being prepared into three different tastes.

We are very excited to be able to offer these unusual creatures on our menu and hope that you have the opportunity to try them all. Enjoy!
